It's like the mat work, but we add the springs, to challenge, strengthen and stretch the body. Tower is energetic and powerful - you’ve got to be in charge of those springs and find that powerhouse.
You’ll leave feeling stronger, taller and ready to face the day.

Our studio is equipped with beautiful Classical reformers, towers and a wunda chair.
These sessions are ideal if you have specific goals or injuries that need more of a personal approach. Maybe you're newly postnatal and want to understand how to regain your strength slowly and safely. Or perhaps you want to increase your skills and understanding of the basic principles before joining a group class.
You can also train with a friend or family member by booking a 1:2 session. Whatever your reason, a 1:1/1:2 session can really benefit you and help to keep you even more focused on your longterm goals.

CLASSICAL MAT
Classical mat is all about the original mat sequence, which was designed to move the body through a full range of movement.This seamless and flowing workout is going to make you sweat!

CONTEMPORARY MAT
These mixed ability contemporary mat classes, focus on strengthening, toning, alignment, posture and breathing. They fuse together the original classical exercises with the use of small props such as bands, balls and circles to further challenge and deepen your workout, adding a contemporary twist on Joseph's original work.

BARRE
Combining the grace and discipline of ballet, yoga and Pilates with the power of strength and conditioning, Barre is the perfect way to build muscle while increasing your flexibility and mobility.

PRENATAL
These classes are aimed at second trimester onwards, offering a safe and effective workout, that can help your body prepare for giving birth and the physical demands of motherhood. These classes usually run in blocks of five.
COST:
These are run in blocks, so prices vary depending on how many weeks are in a block - please enquire via email.
POSTNATAL
These classes focus on regaining core/pelvic floor strength after having a baby, using safe and effective Pilates exercises. Pilates helps with strength, tone, alignment, balance and flexibility - all of which can be affected after having a baby. These classes run in blocks or 6 or 7.
You must have had clearance at your 6 week check from your GP/Midwife to begin exercise. It will be longer (8-12) weeks if you have had a c-section.
