Katy is an incredible teacher and has me completely hooked having done private and group, reformer and mat classes with her over the past 6 years. The new Barre classes are a great addition to the timetable with the lovely Emily too. I always enjoy my time at the studio and Katy has a wonderful group of people in her classes who are all so friendly and supportive of one another."

"I have been going to Katy’s classes for 2.5 years now, I started with the postnatal classes after having my third child and realising I had absolutely no core strength left! I credit her classes with rebuilding my core strength and balance and getting me back to feeling like ‘me’ again. Since then I’ve moved on to the beginner class then the intermediate class and now I’m doing 1-2-1 reformer with Katy too. She’s a fabulous teacher, really knowledgeable and always makes the sessions fun. I would recommend her to anyone who’s interested in Pilates and what it can do for you."

When I say I went to her limping like an old woman I am not joking, I had hip and back pain after getting PGP with my third child and turned to Pilates instead of pain relief and chiropractor appointments. Katy has fixed my broken body, I am no longer in pain or limping and I am feeling stronger session by session. She is highly knowledgeable and fab at explaining how to tweak a movement to get the most out of the exercise. The sessions are enjoyable but challenging and I’m continuing to see the benefits. "I've been doing the postnatal class with Katy for the 5 months now and absolutely love it! I've never done pilates and for some reason thought it would be boring. It's not and Katy is excellent at explaining things, giving challenging alternatives to certain moves (if you're ready for it of course) but also being careful to consider your personal limitations and offer you suitable alternatives. She explains things so well and she's great with the babies! (I don't know how she manages to multitask so well lol) Each class is different and I always feel like I've had a good workout."
