What Do I Need To Wear?

Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely, ideally nothing too loose so we can see your movement. Bare feet or socks/grippy socks are optional. If you are using the reformers/towers please do not wear clothing with zips or poppers as this can tear the vinyl.

Sign Off For Pre & Postnatal Pilates

For our prenantal classes it is advisable to wait until after your 12 week scan if you’re new to the studio, however, if you’re already attending classes with us, then please have a chat with Katy and we can decide the best class for you.

Postnatal classes are suitable for those 6 weeks post-birth and beyond. However, if you have had a c-section birth, it is advisable to wait at least 8 weeks, possibly longer, but this can be discussed with Katy before joining the classes.

If you'd like to work with Katy for pre or postnatal Pilates on a one to one basis, please contact us for further information.

Please also note - the above are guidelines only and each individual is different when it comes to pre and postnatal exercise. Please get in touch with us to discuss your needs with Katy and we can suggest the best way forward depending on your requirements.
